CNC Routing: From basic 2D cut outs to complex 3D components which require complex machining strategies we can use a wide range of materials to manufacture your designs and ideas.

Machining: Manual milling machines and centre lathes enabling us to produce one-off and prototype machined components from here we can then use one of our trusted sub-contractors to CNC machine your production run. We do plan on bringing this all in-house in the very near future. 

LASER Cutting & Engraving: We can cut and engrave a large variety of materials including, woods, plastics, metals and much more!

3D Printing: To complement our design service we can use 3D printing technology in house to rapid prototype designs ready for your approval as well as up to medium scale production 3D printing.

Fabrication: We have a range on fabrication processes which include folding, bending, cutting and welding.

CAD & Design: We use state of the art CAD suite to turn your ideas into a design which we can then use to prototype and manufacture your product. We can also suggest improvements and changes to your design to enable components more cost effectively.

Tooling solutions: As well as simply manufacturing foam inserts to match your existing tooling, we can provide all the tools, tool cases and tool chests to suit your requirements.

Surface finishing: Generally speaking surface finishing is completed by one of our trusted sub-contractors, we however deal with the process meaning that you will get your parts and products from us completely finished to your specification. Surface finishes include but not limited to are painting, powder coating, polishing, vibration polishing/de-burring, chemical black and staining.
